Due Wednesday, 01/09/2019. For High School, regular event entry process. For Middle School, see the instruction file listed as "Other" in the right-hand column, under "Meet Files". All: If you haven't already done so, please notify Coach Clayton Tillery of your intent to participate ASAP. Space is limited, please don't send entries until you've cleared it with Clayton. As entries become due, please submit entries via Hy-Tek format to John Jordan jjordan@spantechsolutions.com.
Note: HS and MS swimmers completely separate events. Please read the middle school entry instructions file. Diving note: please list your dive entries along with your swim entries in your Hy-Tek file using the correct 6 dive listing, but all dive sheets must be submitted via www.divemeets.com, "West Dive".

Format: |
High school swimmers and middle school swimmers WILL NOT be swimming in the same events and must be listed on separate teams (i.e., "Junior Bulldogs" vs. "Bulldogs". Event numbers for high school are the standard 1-24. Middle school event numbers are 101-122, corresponding to most of the high school event numbers but mostly having distances are shorter than the high school events (see event numbers, under meet files). Middle school swimmers must only be listed on their Middle School roster and entered in the middle school events, including relays. High school swimmers must only be entered in the high school events, including relays. The team scoring will then be able to score high school teams and middle school teams separately. |

Order of Events: |
Diving events first, then standard order of events, HS and MS events separate but swum back-to-back, i.e., Events 1, 2 (boys/girls HS 200 Med Relay), followed by events 101 & 102 (MS boys/girls 200 Med Relay), etc. |
Scoring: |
16 places: 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. Scores doubled for relays. Max 2 scoring relays per event. |

Spectators are not allowed to enter the competition area during warm-ups or while the contest is being conducted. Warm Up: |
Warm Ups will begin at 10:00 am., assigned lanes/times, TBA. Dive warm up begins 10:00 a.m. Dive competition begins 11:00 a.m. Swim competition begins after diving completed An updated schedule will be sent out as soon as all swim/dive entries are received, probably 2-3 days prior to the meet. Generally, nearby teams will warm-up earlier; further away teams will warm-up a little later to allow for travel time. |

Session report (timeline estimate) will be posted after all entries received. Heat sheets will be included in coaches packet pickup upon check-in, and also available for sale in the front lobby. |
