NEW COACHES GUIDE FOR COACHING HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMING IN GEORGIA

POST SEASON:

AWARD WINNERS:

Determine letter winners.  Determine any superlative award winners.  Arrange for team banquet to celebrate season.

TEAM EQUIPMENT:

Inventory and store all team equipment.  Make any repairs and replacements that may be needed. 

TEAM STATISTICS:

Compile season statistics and records for school.  Evaluate season performance by athletes and coaches and make notes for improvement for next year while thoughts are still fresh in your mind.
